[Gameplay] Phantom Dancer passive not working

I read something specific to Nocturne on reddit earlier and it reminded me that the other day I played a game with Yasuo and each time I noticed myself inside an allied minion wave (WITH enemies in range for the passive) I would get stuck through pathing. I've only really played Yasuo on ARAM lately and purchase Shiv, but this game was on Summoner's Rift and I went PD. I'm not sure if it's relevant since I admittedly haven't tried reproducing this bug, but there was an Ornn on my team. I rarely buy PD these days so can't say if it's like this with other champs; will update when I have more time to experiment. Not game-breaking with Yasuo's mobility but could be crucial if this bug affects multiple champs, or if Ornn is the reason.

tl;dr Yasuo with PD was unable to move through own minions even when enemies within sight/range for passive to activate
