EXP Glitch
You can see here that there is a serious bug.
Anivia as my lane opponent has died more than I have, has only 5 CS more, and is two levels higher.

cs doesn't have anything to do with exp. Creep score increases the amount of gold you get without having effect on exp. Also from the champions, it looks like anivia was either top or mid, meaning she was in a solo lane. While you were adc botlane so you would have shared exp with your support. This would explain the level difference.
with anivia running teleport I'd assume she was in lane more often soaking up exp when you weren't. You dont get exp for getting the kills just for being near them when it happens. This counts for both minions and Champion deaths.
It is also possible she got bonus exp from jungle camps (if she was ever donated blue for instance)
If you have to back out of lane from taking too much harrass and the enemy laner stays a little longer and then recalls, buys, and tele's back in they can possibly get 1-3 more waves of xp than you. It adds up pretty fast. You being lower level than your jungler and same level as your bot lane heavily suggests you missing that xp from having to leave lane more often. (Or nocturne repeatedly taxing your xp gain even if not taking any cs)
Does anyone think that maybe she has exp runes?
