Sejuani's Q is doing more damage than the tooltip says.

It says something like 80+(20) Magic damage, but when i used it on an irelia at level one, it did 127. And she had 42 MR. I'm not sure if this is just for level one Q, but i know it does more damage than it's stating. Either the %max hp is still there from pre-rework, or its just dealing the damage of a level 3-4 Q.
