[Gameplay] AI Glitching and Standing Still (Kinda)

What happens: During Co-op vs. AI games, sometimes the AI (mostly the bigger, tanker champions like Alistar/Taric/Cho'Gath etc., although not limited to them) seem to "get stuck" on units, whether it be a minion, champion, or even a ward and will sit there and stutter without actually moving. I noticed this occurs mainly in the duo bot lanes (top lane and bottom lane). Can't recall this happening in the middle lane.

I first started noticing this after the 4.18 patch (I play a lot of bot games and never noticed it before this patch). The frequency is at least once a game. If it has Alistar in particular, it'll happen several times (I counted 5 times during this last one).

Fairly easy to "reproduce", just go play a bot game.
