[GAMEPLAY] Akali's red glow on passive always appears available

Hi everyone.

Akali's passive is denoted by a green and red glow for the first and second auto respectively. Sometimes, Akali will incur a visual bug where the second part of her passive, the red glow, will not cease even after being used, appearing available at all times.

I don't know how what causes this bug, but it happens really frequently. Once it begins, it does not stop.

It's sometimes hard to see, but the red glow persist at all times (turning up quality helps). You can also hear the 2nd auto being imparted, and then hear the normal auto sound after.
