Darius Q Outer Circle Bug

Anybody else notice this? Often times, when you're just on the outside of the circle waiting to turn around and go back in, you'll get chunked and he'll heal for no reason. And other times you'll be inside the circle, and you won't get the damage, and he won't heal! What's going on? It's so confusing, nevermind the fact that Darius has no window of opportunity to engage on him, you can't even trust when he uses his Q because you might get hit from across the map, or you might not get hit at all even if you're inside the ability range.
