[BUG REPORT] Syndra Ultimate cooldown

Every time i would use my ult its cooldown indicator would show me that its almost ready when in actual fact it had over a minute to go

this actually got me killed the first time it happened. i have screen-shotted it on multiple occasions to prove it wasn't a one time only thing.

all ill say is 'Clarity'

I know about this bug and it happens really often actually... I don't know how to trigger it though, because it happens randomly... Maybe %70+ amount of times I use her ult I get this.
