This still hasn't been addressed (or even acknowledged. which is worse)

This is not a moan about a champ being OP or me thinking there is a bug when really its just my stupidity. this is a legitimate provable inconsistency with the game. (one that affects gameplay.)

I Know RIOT cant reply to everything, but this is an important matter, and a reply wold be appreciated.

As for the issue itself, the ability indicators on at least 2 champions are incorrect, Anivia and Illaoi

you can see in the images below that the spell effect for Illaoi's Q extends outside the Indicated area, and the Spell effect for Anivia's Q is much smaller than the indicator.

With Illaoi, Gangplank is clearly outside the indicator yet he is still struck. (and unless Gangplank's hitbox extends way out past his outermost feature (foot) i seriously doubt it is a hitbox problem (and if it is a hitbox issue, then there is still a clarity problem)) http://imgur.com/nVGTGXv

With Anivia, 4 minions are well and truly inside the indicator (and a 5th is half inside) yet only one is damaged and stunned. http://imgur.com/DsxxMiC

As you can see, this is clearly an issue of 'Clarity' it is easy to replicate, just go into a game and try it for yourself.

It's not that the ability hit indicator is incorrect, but that you think the champion model is their hitbox when it isn't. If you were able to see champion hitboxes you'd just see probably a box or circle on the ground which the model sometimes appears outside it or not on the edge.

Not sure if the Illaoi one is really a bug but the Anivia one looks to be one.

You should have added the word "skin" into title. It helps RIOT address these important issues.

I feel like anivia's isn't wrong, but yea illaio's is weird as hell. Btw have you seen Vel'koz q? It hits someone if it really wants to whether or not it's suppose to. (I main him and love/hate this problem.)
