So, i have 2 lvl 6 swain tokens, and a tyrant swain SHARD. I own the skin, but i wanna use it as the permanent to get my level 6. But because i own the skin already, i cant make it into a permanent, so i cant use it to upgrade my mastery level
you have to use a swain champion shard
You need to Combine 2 Mastery tokens with:

You need a champion shard or a champion permanent to upgrade to level 6, however you are misunderstanding what a champion permanent is. A champion shard is something you already know, a shard of the champion you get from hextech chests. A champion permanent, however, is what you get when you re-roll 3 champion shards. That is what a champion permanent is, it's not just any permanent unlockable piece of content. You will not be able to use the Tyrant Swain shard, or any skin shard for that matter, to upgrade to level 6.
hi guys, need your help, about 2 legacy content skins i found in 2 chests. my first problem is that i cant upgrade them and dont know why, since i have the necessary orange essence, and the second problem is that i cant even see which skins they are, no icon on them! i cant find a way to post a print-screen( thanks for all the help and advice on what to do with them P.S: i own all champions that exist in the game
So I took 3 skins and turned then into a exiled Morgana skin and it won't let me use the skin permanent I also have a braum champion shard permanent that won't let me unlock it either I've tried every restarted client shut my PC completely off and rebooted still says " you drop in a shard, expecting a magical( and totally scientific) transformation... But instead your shard pops back out. Please try restarting your client. Which I did mutiple times. If you continue to see this message try again later ; there may be issues with the service. Well riot I spent my hard earned money on these hexchest for skins and champs that I can't even get after unlocking plz help me out
