[Gameplay] Undo trinket change bug.

I had an oracle lens, and I switched it out for a greater vision totem. I decided while I was still dead that I wanted the oracle lens back. I hit undo, but the oracle lens was still on cooldown (it was not on cooldown when I died). This should be easy to replicate.
