[Gameplay] Caitlyn AA bug

I was playing a game as officer caitlyn, and randomly her AA would do damage before the animation happened and before the bullet hit the target. I could not find any pattern to it, but i believe it happened mostly on minions. I did not have this bug a few patches ago when it happened to other people. Thanks
