Leona unable to E -> flash as of patch 6.17
I think this was unintentionally removed during the bug fix to her E in the latest patch. It really hurts her.

I've seen the same thing in a game recently. :( I tried E-flash 3 times without success. The flash doesn't cast until after the E animation completely plays....or not at all.
I didn't even know it existed until a few weeks ago lol
even if I was 50/50 with the dang thing at best it feels really lame being denied the choice of risking it while gragas still has his flashy belly flop
never looked before this patch but I think it could at least coincide with flash being grey'd out during the whole startup animation of zenith blade which IIRC was the only time it would work as the player intended without awkwardly flashing after zenith animation is done much to the mia pings of allies
