[Gameplay] Galio mana restore bug.

It was very early in a 5v5 on Summoner's Rift (before my first back, so I am fairly certain mt items didnt do anything), and I was playing support Galio with a spelltheifs edge, and some pots (the pots had no impact on this, as they were used and the mana from them was already gone), against a lux and an ezreal. I was hit by i think a lux E and an ezreal auto (I think) at around the same time. I went from like 10 mana to over half. Pretty sure it's a bug.
