Shop is busted again

Purchased Vi through IP (Now only 10 champs I do not own) and it charged me twice. I'm now at -5907 IP. As amusing (and accurate) as it is to say that I have less than no influence, this means it will take me twice as long to buy my next champ. Which is not cool. Fix pls
