Rammus W and Thunderlords on Autoattacks
When Ashe autoattacked me three times with my W - Defensive Curl Ball on in a custom game, the Thunderlord animation proc'd on her instead of me.

If you have Thunderlord's Decree on Rammus then after someone auto attacks you 3 times it's going to proc Thunderlord's because its every third basic or ability, even if it's dot damage.
