  1. VI ulted
  2. Master Yi Q-ed before being reached by Vi.
  3. Vi's ult cancels and she can move normally because her ult didn't find a target.
  4. Master Yi returns from the Q stunned, and can be attacked by Vi.

##I'M SORRY?

  1. After the above Vi tries to Q Yi
  2. Vi goes through Master Yi.

Don't worry. The fault here is thinking there's any logic or consistency to riot hit boxes. Clearly it just missed even though you were sitting on Yi's face. If you ever find yourself thinking "HOw did that hit!?" or "HOw did that not hit?" just realize riot doesn't know either.
