[Gameplay] Scuttlecrab has a tendency to heal that first bit of damage taken.

Pretty simple reproduction:

1. Approach the scuttlecrab.
2. Hit it.

As it starts to run, it is quite common for it to completely heal off the first autoattack's worth of damage.
