Client Randomly Crashing

The game (launcher) has just started crashing [again] for the first time in a year or two. In the shop section, in champion select, randomly, whenever.

I've got a 6700k, Fury X, 32 GB ram. Windows 10. All drivers and windows up to date.

Dozens of other games work 100% fine with hundreds of hours of play. 0 crashes.
