Champ select issue. (Exited back to queue due to error with no dodge penalty)

>Accept Game >Join Lobby >Ban Champ >There was an error, try again (something like that.) >Ban again >Exited back to queue (with no penalty)

This has happened to me 3 times in the last patch (I haven't played more than 10 games since my last client update) and never before then. Doesn't really cause an issue other than a waste of a minute as I haven't gotten a penalty when this happens. Just figured I'd post it.
