IN GAME IT STILL DOES 8 DAMAGE PER SOUL. CAN YOU PLEASE NERF THIS RUNE

It's actually 5 in-game, the tooltips arent updated. They can hotfix numbers on the fly but text needs a patch to change.

That's how hotfixes work.
