When Ashe activates her Q (slow on auto attacks) there is NO Symbol in game for Ashe to understand his Q is active.

A bug like this going on for so long is proof Ashe is so underplayed =/

the Q icon itself has a light around it to show its active

Yep, as Lydzz mentioned there's a swirling border around the Q to show it's active.
