anyone else having issues with paypal credit not being accepted for payment for rp. I have used it for years as my preferred payment option for rp and for some reason today it will not let me purchase riot points using credit, only my linked bank account on file.

Has something changed from your bank authorizations? I suggest you dont try for the next 48h, then contact Paypal, then contact Player Support.
