[Mac] 9.11 patch screwed my FPS

Sonic Adventure·6/1/2019, 1:50:08 AM·2 votes·2,130 views

Ever since latest patch, my FPS have been reduced from 150-200 to 40-50 and there are miliseconds of screen freezing. Game doesn't feel smooth to play. Have tried restarting and lowering graphics but there's no significant improvement.

Would appreciate advice or if someone could look into this! Thank you

Update: It's reaching insanely low fps like 8-10 as of June 2nd

The same has happened to me Additional my mini map is bugged leaving areas that previously had vision highlighted and after 22 minutes I'm having the attempting to reconnect appear and my ping spikes making the game unplayable

See if your mouse polling rate is set at 1000hz. Might sounds strange but the fps drop might caused by mouse movement. My fps drops 50% when I move my mouse. After setting polling rate 500 it solves the problem. I'm using windows tho but it might worth a try.

I got the same issue, though I'm on Windows.
