Cannot connect to game bug

I have 60/60 Mb/s download and upload speed and very good ping to the server in dallas, but I couldn't connect to this game in league of legends. No, it isn't my internet as I just played the game yesterday with no issues. I also lost 18LP for the "remake" which wasn't even my fault. I tried reconnecting 5-10 times all with the same message telling me to "Check my internet connection". I tried hitting cancel on the message to reconnect on the client, and also tried retry/reconnect on the message box. Still lost 18 LP off this(I think) and would be nice if I could get that back.
