Never received my Alpha Client icon. :(

On the last patch notes, it was stated Alpha Client users would get an icon ( https://am-a.akamaihd.net/image?f=http://news-a.akamaihd.net/public/images/articles/2016/november/pn622/client_alpha_icon.jpg ) if they logged onto the Alpha Client before November 15th, today. http://na.leagueoflegends.com/en/news/game-updates/patch/patch-622-notes#patch-league-client-update

Welp, I was accept into the Alpha Client awhile ago and have used it a lot since but I never got the Alpha Client icon for so. :( I actually just made a bug report the other day using the replay system in the Alpha Client, as a form of proof even that I'm an Alpha Client user and have logged on recently. :o

Has anyone else not received their Alpha Client icon? The patch notes make it sound like it should have been instant but I never received it. Should I send in a support ticket I assume then about this? It's just an icon, but I would enjoy having it. :3

They said it would be sent out by the 29th. They can't just press a button for it to appear on everyone's account.

I've been on alpha client too I didn't check I wonder if I have it..

I haven't got the icon either, but I would wait a bit longer. If one hasn't been received for a couple days then I would reported

same, i didn't get it either, albeit i only logged in a few times and played a handful of games on it.
