Ate a Warwick ult, flashed as soon as the supress was over, Warwick somehow follows the blink. Is his Q really supposed to allow him to follow Flashes? https://youtu.be/pu4fnF0jryU

Yes. During his Q he “latches” on and goes with you.
He can follow cross map teleports.
Wow. Never seen him follow a teleport/blink before. Guess it's just not done in Gold. This guy plays a ton of Warwick so his champion mechanic knowledge is probably well above normal for his ELO.
