Rewinding after "Victory" in Spectate causes Spectate Mode to crash

I was just trying to get a play that happened near the end of the game, and I missed it (because I'm really bad at recording plays for some reason) so the "Victory" animation played. I alt/tabbed to see if I had gotten it in highlights, but when I tried to rewind to try again, the Spectate Mode froze and I was unable to close it. The only way that I could close it was through a restart or turning off the computer. For some reason I was able to close things in the background though like they where what I had selected.

1. Go to the "Victory screen" at the end of a game in Spectate Mode.
2. Attempt to rewind (I do not know if alt/tabbing had anything to do with it).
3. Have the mode freeze and be unable to do anything. I am unsure if it is easy to replicate because I don't want to have to restart my computer again.
