Promos are Being Thrown Away

I've recently been in two promos, one to gold 2, and another recently to plat 5. However, after losing my first game of both of these series, I was immediately kicked from the series. After I got back to 100 lp, the series worked fine, but it was still a waste of my time. Anybody else experiencing this bug? Any input?

never heard or saw this before. maybe u dodged a game which counts as a lose.
