Camera angle has changed since 6.2 Patch

Has anyone else noticed that when your characters camera is locked on, its slightly more towards the ability bar than normal? I really noticed it in ARAM, but also on the Rift. It use to be off centered to the top right, but now its to the bottom left. It makes it difficult to play at times.

The Per-Side Offset Locked setting is broken right now, which is what keeps the locked camera from doing what you describe.

Can't do too much about it until riot fixes it, or play unlocked for a bit.
