Weird Twisted Treeline bug

Was loading into twisted treeline, was changing music at the same time, tabbed into the game, and everything was moving in fast motion or some shit.

Hard to explain, i didn't get to record it, but literally everything was moving super fast.

I had to close the game and re-open to fix.

And no, not playing on a potato. i7-6700k, 16gbram, gtx980 ti ssc, ssd's etc.

Never had this issue before, was the first time it's happened, and it was weird as fuck. I can barely even explain it. It's like you took the game and it had a speed bar and you put it 1.5x faster on everything. Minions were moving/attacking fast, my movement was choppy and glitchy and fast, it was the weirdest thing iv'e ever seen.
