[GAMEPLAY] Profiles randomly swap between right and left side of screen

I don't know if this is specific to the fact that I usually have mine displayed on the left side (old-school), but every game so far at least once the profiles (with the Ult/death timers/etc) switch to the right side above the map. When I click ESC to open the Options menu it automatically corrects itself (I assume since it realizes that's the option I already have selected). This has only been happening as of the most recent patch, but it's still pretty annoying.

I'd also like to note a [CLIENT] bug: The "show more details" option in the RUNES pages no longer seems to remember the fact that you clicked it and now reverts to being unselected every time, just like it used to.
