Heimer's grenade does not properly reveal enemies in brush. It might be related to v6.1 "bug fix?" Which came out of the blue for me, it always seemed to work fine before that.
Attached a link with a video I made showing the bug. It's repeatable 100% of the time when you hit certain spots in the brush.
