Not Able to Move Camera After Victory/Defeat Screen???...

With 5.1 one cannot move the game around once a nexus has been defeated....

I also fail to see this listed in patch notes....

This used to be best part about End of Match... you could pan around and look at stuff while u listened to music. In the HOwl Abbb map one used to be able to get a voice over emote if u panned the map into the NW corner (history of Howl from ). Now that stuff isn't possible anymore...
