Lissandra Ctrl+2 bugged

Currently if you spam Ctrl+2 on Lissandra, instead of repeating the phrase after finishing it, she repeats the first sound so she goes I I I I or WO WO WO WO WO instead of saying I've been killing your.. or whatever she says. It isn't really important and it is fun to spam SUR SUR SUR SUR SUR, but nevertheless it is still a bug.

I've been doing this on a bunch of dominion custom games with normal skin if that matters. My team can hear it too so it isn't an audio thing... if that is worded correctly.
