Void Bringer Illaoi E missing particle effects

The base skin has a "dropping water" effect when it misses or if it gets blocked by a minion. The Void Bringer one does not, and it feels strange that the skin takes away particle effects.

Other than that i noticed that if E gets blocked the particle effects still continue going forward and i don't know if it's intended.
