Couldn't ban a champion > forced dodge

Got into champion select and it was my turn to ban, however there were zero champions on my screen to pick one to ban. The time ticked down and it made me dodge because I didn't ban a champion. My runes/masteries to select were messed up as well. Thankfully it was the first dodge of the day, if I had loss 10 LP and had to wait 30 minutes I'd be SUPAPISSEDBRUH
