Jungle tooltips unreadable and right side of screen cut-off since 4.21.
However the mini-map remains intact for some reason, so it's just the jungle-tooltips.
I tried screwing around with resolutions with no luck.

Ikr, I've been having that same problem too. :P It's mostly impossible to move those damn tooltips. How the hell did this happen?
Because of that, I'm often forced to play with my minimap on the left side (and I'm not that kind of person). When that happens, all the tooltips are shoved to the right, and somehow the chat box is also defaulted on the very left, both towards the center.
I can move the chat box, but I can't move the tooltips. And they'll always end up back in the same place! Re-installation, deleting the "menu hud" folders, and even repairs do nothing. It's always the same thing each game, and only custom is exempt from this. We need to have a setting to fix those things directly.
I also have this problem. I can submit a bug report in a day or two if nobody else has.
I just fired up the game to take some screenshots, and things look normal in a custom game.. I'll try other game formats to see as well.. maybe it's already fixed..

I noticed this while playing Summoner's Rift via the standard "Play" launch (retreat_chop.jpg).. When I started a custom game, the tool-tip is fine..
Very odd that it's seen in one mode over another..
I tried adding another attachment, but it seems it wouldn't let me (one to showcase 'not chopped' in the other mode).
