[GAMEPLAY] Flame Chompers! triggering twice on Sion

I'm pretty sure this is unintentional due to a change to Flame Chompers! about 20 patches ago. If you snare a Sion with them, then kill him, he can get snared by another chomper in his passive.

Snare a Sion with Flame Chompers!
Kill him.
Have him walk onto another Flame Chomper.

a regular champ can get snared twice, you can snare once then go to the next one then get snared again you just have like a lenincy its kind of like cait traps how you can only get trapped by one then get some leniency time even if you go over the other trap
