Finding more bugs with Azir

So, at the moment I've started maining Azir and am multiple times encountering these same bugs. I encourage anyone else to jump in with their experiences.

First is that I sometimes still have two of the problems they said were fixed. The soldiers will still Q then delay an attack. The Q goes off, but the soldier stands there for a second (almost like it forgets what it's doing then remembers and starts attacking again). The other is occasionally he will E to the wrong soldier if I have two out and have one in the opposite direction. So, for example I have one behind me and one attacking my opponent in front. I try to retreat by E to the behind soldier and he goes to the forward one instead.

Second, sometimes the ultimate seems to lock up. I can press R over and over and nothing happens. For some reason it only resets after I have used the base recall.

Now the biggest issue I'm having is that his R seems to often pass through completely rather than damaging or pushing back enemies (or is this intended?). If they are standing pretty close (say 400 range more or less) sometimes his R goes under them and pops up behind the enemy doing nothing.

On quality of life changes I miss how long the old soldiers could Q for and I wish E was more fluid (like able to do it while moving and at greater distance since you already need a soldier for it anyways) and it might help if the soldiers had a built in slow not just for Q but attacking so people can not simply walk out of distance and take no damage. These would just be nice, but the above changes are what I'm posting about.

Anyone else having these issues? Please fix the bugs, Azir is my favorite champ after changing over from Viktor since his rework. :)
