Can't submit chat in champ select.

Yo I just had a game where whenever I would hit enter after typing a message in champ select nothing would show.\

Update: this isnt a one time occurrence, every game I've played so far I cannot type in champ select. Really ruins my ability to communicate with my team, I consider this a game ruining bug. Requesting that a Rioter comment.
