Window/borderlesss mode issue

*i run a dual monitor setup, 1'st screen is a 4k screen, 2nd is a 1080 When i set the screen from fullscreen to windowed, i cant move the client as in i click-hold the top window to move it but i does not move (i think this is an issue/bug), when i set the screen from fullscreen to borderless, the game takes up both screens (which i dont want) i want a 1 screen borderless setup.

Finally, have u guys had this issue? can u move ur screen while on windowed? if ur running a dual monitor setup or more how is your borderless experience?
