the patch from yesterday caused this. this scenario only happened once. the other times the black shield worked fine. there was no other magic damage that could have broken the black shield....i'm 100% hook went straight through the black shield on its own. people in the game said morgana is bugged jsut thought i'd help sperad the word. fk typos

In prior patches even a 1 health black shield would block the CC as the shield broke by contrast. We're working on a fix for that at the moment, it's definitely not an intended change.

ill be honest i happily pick thresh into morg becuase its so easy to jsut omg wait for the sheild to break. and if your out of postions you deserve to lose/die

shouldn't that be a good thing? the idea of the added shield blocks spell damage and cc, but only when there is remaining health on the shield. When the skill hits it should check how much damage it does, and if the shield still has health, then set the cc to fail, else having the cc overpower the shield and apply the cc fully.
this would balance her so she either has to input points in it so that the shield cannot be broken and cc can get through, making the only champ with a lasting spell shield have some counterplay other than long cooldowns on the skill.

Provengreil1 votesno, that's not quite the issue. yesterday blitzcrank was grabbing me with my shield up without actually breaking it. heck, I had enough ap that his whole combo couldn't break it, but the only thing I'd avoid was the knockup.
we still won, but at least give us a damn tooltip if you know this crap.

Why can't we keep this bug? Honestly it introduces meaningful counterplay.
