[Gameplay] Fizz's Q does no damage when too close to target and next to walls

This happens when Fizz is very close to the target and cannot complete the dash because a non-pathable area is blocking the way, such as a wall. As shown in the video, Fizz uses Q and does no damage to the target, yet the skill goes on cooldown and consumes mana. The jungle mob also did not react to this since it did not receive any damage.
