Inconsistencies with PtA and Conqueror on Illaoi, Teemo and Darius

Both procs don't benefit from their respective effects. Follow up effects however benefit from PtA but not from Conqueror. Follow up effects are effects that come with a basic attack and deal their damage over time, like Darius's passive, Teemo's E and Illaoi's tentacles slam. I'll make the example with Illaoi.

Pta: Proc = 2199 (basic attack + w) + 180 (pta bonus) = 2379 Tentacle1 = 939.6 (tentacle) * 1.12 (pta bonus) = 1052.4 Tentacle2 = 939.6 (tentacle) * 1.12 (pta bonus) = 1052.4 Conqueror: Proc = 2199 (basic attack + w) Tentacle1 = 939.6 (tentacle) Tentacle2 = 939.6 (tentacle) + 42 (conqueror ad bonus) = 981.6 Tentacle3 = 939.6 (tentacle) + 42 (conqueror ad bonus) = 981.6

On Conqueror the first tentacle doesn't benefit from the bonus ad or true damage conversion, while tentacles from the second onward only benefit from the bonus ad but still don't from the true damage conversion, even if i think it should, just like tentacles benefit from PtA's bonuses. If Conqueror is intended, then PtA isn't.

Tentacles are a seperate unit I guess. That'd explain them not benefitting from Conq but benefitting from PTA.
