Champ select not able to see champs chosen.

i had one ranked draft champ select where i didn't see any champs at all that were picked. they were all black squares. i could see who was banned, and chat, and i could choose a champ, but i didn't know who picked what champs so i had to ash in chat. I could still hear everything like the sound of who i chose, and the music. but i saw nothing on the sides, no champs or summoner spells, just black squares. Thank you in advance for fixing! wish i had a picture to show you. oh, i could also see who's turn it was to pick, but then it just moved on to the next 2 people, and then the next and no champs appeared for me.
