HUD Health bar will turn completely black.

It's happened only about three times over the last 2 or 3 patches, but my HUD health bar will go black and a 5th black icon will appear next to the 4 teammates' ones above the mini map. I will still get the red flash of damage and the numbers, but not the color of the health bar. Re logging fixes it every time.
