When stack of passive on enemy, if W active is used but in the split second before the animation goes off enemy dies, W will not do damage, will not grant kill gold, and will also place the ability on Cooldown. Please look into this. Thank you

Pretty sure that's how it's supposed to work, it does the same thing to me.
