Cho'Gath Ult Halved Cooldown Bug [GAMEPLAY]

As you can see from the clip, I used my Ult on the minion and got the stack, but the cooldown wasn't halved (its supposed to be halved). There was a lag spike there too, but that couldn't of affected this as the game still runs as it is - its just I see it delayed.
