Huge bug that ruined my early game...

So im palying sion jg. I attack krugs with stun first. Then Im fighting them right next to where they spawn and they keep on losing patience for some reason. I ended up having to fight them 3 times before i killed without them healing. Unfortunately plays.tv wasnt recording.
