Not receiving M6 tokens after getting S grades

Hi everyone. I have M5 on both Rakan and Lux, and have two M6 tokens for each. Last night, I earned an S with Rakan in ranked solo queue, but did not receive my third M6 token. I thought this was strange, but brushed it off until today, where I just received an S- grade on Lux a few minutes ago in ranked solo queue and did not receive my third M6 token for her. What's going on?

Edit: The lovely people in the comments section have informed me that I actually have enough tokens to level them both up, and that's why I'm not getting any more. Oops. Thanks for the explanation, and my apologies for my bad assumption.
